Just Because is a local nonprofit sharing kindness to educators through quarterly goodie bags. 900 teachers and staff of the 9 schools in Shenandoah County, VA receive several useful items like useful items like bottles of water, snacks, candy, tissues, hand sanitizers, memo pads.

Four times a year VECCA collaborates with Just Because to give appreciation and encouragement to the teachers and staff in our county. Just Because is a non-profit that supports our schools by giving quarterly “goodie bags”, hosting luncheons for staff, and connecting community partners with critical needs in our schools.

Every quarter, a VECCA writer or artist sponsors a postcard with an image and an inspirational quote to be included in one of the goodie bags. That’s about 900 bags!
