50-50 Silent Art Auction
To Benefit the Woodstock Fire Dept. & VECCA
VECCA sought art donations for the 50-50 Silent Auction Fundraiser that will benefit VECCA and the Woodstock Fire Department – both all-volunteer non-profits. We want to show gratitude to WFD for saving our building and to help them get their new roof!

Online. Pieces also showcased in person at the Woodstock Fire Department Block Party June 20, and at VECCA Gallery, 123 S Main Street, Woodstock VA 22664.

Artwork Rules/Restrictions
Entry Fee
None. All artwork sold is a 100% donation to VECCA and WFD, split evenly. If your minimum donation is not met, you will be responsible for picking up your piece. VECCA will use the proceeds for continuing its mission connecting the community with the creative arts. VECCA and WFD are run completely by volunteers.
Reception
Art Pick Up
SUNDAY, July 14th*, 12-2 p.m. for items that do not receive a minimum bid. *Most likely. Email VECCArts@gmail.com for other arrangements. Artwork may only be removed with the permission of a VECCA coordinator. Every effort will be made to ensure that artwork is handled with care; however, VECCA cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
Requirements
VECCA membership is not required. All work submitted must be original. You must own the copyright to your work. Work must be labeled on the back with Artist, Title, Media, Starting Bid, and Fair Market Value. All work must be framed or with a finished look (e.g. clean sides, if an unframed canvas), as well as wired to hang (NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS). VECCA reserves the right to refuse any artwork deemed inappropriate for any reason listed herein.
