The call is for a mini mural (12″ X 12″) of historic buildings in Shenandoah Valley. The selected piece will be displayed/hung at each historic location. The first historic building will be the Burkett Building in Mount Jackson, VA
The final selected artist will be compensated $700!
Artists will be painting live in the front of VECCA Gallery, Monday to Friday 10am-2pm. Please stop in and say hi, see what they are working on, and ask any questions you might have about their approach to art, or see what’s happening at VECCA lately. Current and future artists include Ann McCarty, Travis K Schuerman, Penelope Carrol, and Dan Miller

And all kinds of artists welcome, Painters, Illustrators, Sculptors, Potters, Writers, Photographers… just bring yourself and your art materials to create whatever inspires you. Admire fellow artists process and just enjoy casually capturing the locations surroundings.
