When VECCA members Dan Miller and Terry Thiele traveled to Barcelona in September, they reconnected with a street artist Terry had met on a prior trip to help them paint a mural at Garden des Tres Yemenis (Three Chimneys Park). Prior to the trip, the two collaborated with fellow members August and Andrea on a design that included the new VECCA logo with a Catalonian twist. Their friendship has taken them “from the [Shenandoah] valley to the [Catalan] coast”/“Vall A La Costa”. The four friends met in Woodstock but have also spent time together in Andrea’s native Catalonia. This project was such a fun way to celebrate VECCA and their friendship!
